New Manager? Try New Therapist

GAME TIMELINE:

1:13 AM - Revenge. Chargers put the Jets out of their misery, 18-6. Two touchdowns, a field goal and a two point conversion. Let's assume this one is over with three outs to go. Plenty to come tomorrow...

----------------

12:49 AM - If Mariano Rivera has "Enter Sandman" shouldn't Oliver Perez have "Enter Garbage man?" One thing they have in common? Tremendous consistency.

(Padres lead 17-6 after 7.)

12:28 AM

Welcome to June, fellow Mets fans.

It's 15-6 Padres. The Mets still can't put two games together on the road and OPD (Oliver Perez Disease) seems to have spread to the rest of the pitching staff:

Main symptoms:

- W - A - L - K - S
- Giving up untimely hits
- Seeing double figures in the "R" and "H" column of the scoreboard.

Meanwhile, down the right field line, the phone rings. When asked to warm up, Oliver Perez pleads, "I thought I was getting paid not to pitch. Don't call for me."
